(New) 6-12-2020: If you are taking AP Physics and you have already taken calculus, you don't have to do the calculus part of the physics summer assignment.

10/1/18  Click here to get an updated version of the assignment sheet for Chapters 5 and 6.

8/12/16: You may down load your syllabus by clicking here

7/17/16:
You should have started on the homework by now. As you do the graphs, make sure that you know how to sketch them without a calculator and use the graphing calculator to check only - NOT to COPY the graphs!

6/24/16
Another way to learn some calculus to help you for the class is to go to #4 on "Need Help on AP Physics" pull down. These videos on youtube are pretty basic and good. I recommend these before you go to your summer assignment below.

6/20/16:
You must do an AP Physics summer assignment during the summer. You are to turn it in on the first day of school.
You will also have a quiz on the content on the first day of school. You may download the summer assignment by clicking here.

8-03-15:

No summer homework required, however, make sure you learn how to take the derivation of polynomial functions. Also, review trigonometry. If you have not studied trigonometry, you need to learn it this summer. You still have time. There are some websites where you can find videos and help for calculus. See my "AB Calculus Help Links".
