C/C++ Programming Class for J-Term
(New), 12/29/19
J-Term students,
This year, this class will be different. We will have two instructors, myself and Mr. Zhao. We will present two classes. One, is a continuation of C++ from last year. Two, Mr. Zhao will be teaching Python. You will have a
choice. I prefer that those students that took C++ last year choose C++. The new students can pick Python.
For the Python class, no programming experience is required. You will need a computer and you need to have
authorization, so that you can download programs as you need them. Please do not hesitate to email me at
jagarcia@fremontchristian.com for any questions - no matter how basic your questions are. When you ask questions, please include the type of computer and operating system you will be using for the class. For example, PC with windows or MacBook with MacOS.
You will be getting a schedule of lessons and activities more detailed than your syllabus for both classes.
We are still working on them.
For C++, we will be using https://repl.it/languages/cpp to edit programs and run them. You may use any compiler or IDE that you want, but this one is very convenient. For Pyhon we will be using: https://www.python.org and
